Dates are reserved only after the retainer and signed agreement are received. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
Booking policy
All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations do not qualify for refunds. If available, event dates may be rescheduled with advance notice.
Cancellation Policy
Outdoor installations are weather dependent. Backdrops by Caroline is not responsible for damage caused by:
- High winds
- Rain
- Extreme heat
- Venue conditions
Weather Policy
The client is responsible for rental items from delivery until pickup.
Damage caused by the following may result in repair or replacement charges:

- Tape, glue and paint
- Nails and screws
- Permanent markings
- Excessive wear
Rental Damage Policy
Because balloons are made of natural latex and exposed to varying environmental conditions, we cannot guarantee float times or longevity after delivery.
Balloon Disclaimer
Backdrops by Caroline reserves the right to photograph completed installations for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.
Photography Policy
Design concepts, mockups, renderings, sketches, and custom artwork created by Backdrops by Caroline remain our intellectual property. These designs may not be reproduced, shared with another vendor for duplication, or used without written permission.
Design Policy
Clients are responsible for:
- Obtaining venue approval
- Reserving adequate setup time
- Ensuring accessible loading/unloading
- Informing us of venue restrictions
